Dr. Dennis Brtva attended Illinois State University before entering the Illinois College of Optometry. He graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science degree and a Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Brtva has been practicing in Bloomington, IL for 19 years and in Peoria, IL for 16 years. He is a member of the Bloomington Regional Optometric Society, the Illinois Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Ashley Foster attended Eastern Illinois University where she graduated with University Honors, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2015. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Illinois College of Optometry (Cum Laude) in 2019, also earning clinical honors for patient care at WJB Dorn VAMC in Columbia, SC and Visionary Eye Care Professionals in Chicago, IL.
